“That’s understandable,” I said, “The more expensive ones
are products of organic farming.”
“But it doesn’t mean that they are better,” my wife
retorted.
I nodded. Frequent visitors of this site would know very
well about my view on organic farming. Not that I am against healthy food, but
there is practically no evidence to support a benefit by doing away with
pesticide and other toxic substances.
“But, we would do less harm to the environment if we avoid
the use of funny chemicals.” You may argue.
Alas, is this statement evidence-based?
